Junk Removal in Salt Lake & Utah CountyLoaded, hauled, and gone.
Affordable junk removal across Salt Lake and Utah County, often the same day. Free quotes, and we do every bit of the lifting.
You pay for the space it takes up in our trailer, plus weight only for heavy material like concrete or tile. The quote is free and you get the exact number before anything is loaded.
How It Works
Three steps. No obligation.
No pitch, no pressure, and nothing to pay until you've seen the number and said yes. Most jobs are quoted and cleared in the same visit.
Tell us what you've got
Text or call and tell us what's there — a garage, a couch, a whole house. A photo helps if you've got one. We answer fast, often same day.
You get your price
A single couch or a few items we can usually price right over text. Whole houses and multi‑unit cleanouts we come take a look at first. Either way the quote is free and you're under no obligation.
We clear it out
Say the word and we start right then in most cases. We carry everything out, haul it off, and sweep up behind us. Whole houses and multiple loads are routine.

- Remodel and construction debris

Straight Comparison
Us, the big guys, or a dumpster.
Three ways to get junk off your property. Here's the honest difference.
| InstaHaul | National franchise | Roll-off dumpster | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who does the lifting | Our crew, start to finish. | Their crew. | You. Every piece, by hand. |
| Who you deal with | The crew that does your job. | A national call center. | A rental desk. |
| What you're paying for | The job. | The job, plus franchise royalties and national ad spend. | The rental, then tonnage and overage on top. |
| If the job runs bigger | We say so before we load, and the quote still stands. | Depends on the franchisee. | Overage billed by the ton after pickup. |
| How long it sits at your place | Hours. | Hours. | Days, until you finish filling it. |
Every franchise pays royalties and into a national ad fund. That money comes out of the customer's quote.

Questions
Straight answers.
How much does it cost?
It comes down to how much space it takes up in the trailer, plus weight only for heavy material like concrete or tile. Tax and disposal fees are already in the number, so the price you agree to is the price you pay.
Small jobs like a single item or a few pieces we can usually quote straight over text. Bigger jobs — whole houses, multi‑unit cleanouts, anything with real volume — we come look at first so the number is exact. The quote is free either way.
Do I have to move anything to the curb?
No. We carry it out of the garage, the basement, the backyard, or the third-floor walk-up. You point at it, we do the lifting.
Do I need to be there while you work?
No, as long as we can get access. A lot of our work is rentals, estates, and listings where the owner is out of state or at work.
Tell us the situation when you book, approve the price, and we'll handle the rest without you standing there.
How soon can you get here?
Frequently the same day, if the slot is open. Text us and we'll tell you honestly what we have — we would rather say tomorrow morning than promise today and miss it.
What if it turns out to be more than one load?
We tell you before we start, not after. If there's more there than we scoped, you get the revised number before anything is loaded — and you can walk away at that point with no cost. Extra trips never turn into a surprise invoice.
Do you handle estate, eviction, and hoarding cleanouts?
Yes, and they are some of our most common work. Whole houses, units left wrecked after a move-out, properties that have to be empty before listing photos. Send photos of a few rooms and we'll scope the whole job.
Do you work with property managers, realtors, and contractors?
Yes. Turnovers, estate and foreclosure listings, and remodel debris are steady work for us. If you manage multiple properties we'll set you up so you aren't re-explaining the job every time you call.

You get the exact price up front. Say no and it's cost you nothing.
